About Home Fitness Personal Training

Home Fitness Personal Training is a small business, owned and operated by the personal trainers you will be trained by (see our pictures to the left and click for bios and credentials).
Our mission is to change people's lives through exercise and a healthy well-being. We do not, nor ever will endorse any type of weight loss pill, supplement or crash diet for any reason. We believe that fitness is a lifestyle, not a phase. We are both fit ourselves, and we know that to maintain our physical state is hard work, but it is well worth it. This is the attitude we hope to relay to all of our clients. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle can change your life, but you probably don’t realize just how much. For example, did you know that it can prevent and actually reverse many diseases and conditions, like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, osteoporosis, and it can even help prevent certain types of cancer? It also makes you more mentally acute, because working out actually works your brain, too. It can lead to a longer, and more fulfilling life. You will be able to enjoy your golden years, rather than having to restrict yourself because of physical ailments. This is what we believe and live our lives by, and we want other people to experience it as well.
