Home Fitness offers Pilates mat training as an alternative or addition to regular personal training. All fitness levels and abilities can benefit from Pilates training whether by doing it once a week or once a day. It strengthens the core while stretching and lengthening the limbs and gives you better body awareness to carry with you in every aspect of daily living. Pilates is an excellent way to improve your flexibility, balance and posture and will leave you feeling relaxed yet energized, rather than tired and sore.

Rates for Pilates training are the same as rates for regular personal training and includes planned exercise routines, fitness assessments and detailed instruction on performing each movement. If you purchase a package, you may chose to some Pilates training sessions and some personal training sessions—an option which we recommend, as both can be very beneficial, especially when combined.
