Doesn’t everyone deserve to be healthy? Is someone you care about overweight? Tell them about home fitness and if they sign up for three or more sessions, you can train together with a complimentary train-with-a-friend session. Just bring this form to your next session with your friend or loved one’s name and information, and after they complete their three sessions, you can schedule your free session together.
