Chris is the type of personal trainer whose enthusiasm is contagious and you can’t help but to be energized in his presence. He approaches personal training creatively bringing innovative exercises and techniques to the circuits he creates for his client. Programs are challenging to maximize overall conditioning yet goals are attainable. I found that my caloric burn was intensified and I was able to push my strength training further when I trained with Chris as apposed to training alone with a conventional weight-training program. Chris’ background in various sports conditioning also enhanced my experience as his client. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and goals and incorporates your ideas into developing your program – a real fitness partner who cares about you and wants to see you get results. In a very short period of time working with Chris I saw a considerable decrease in body fat, an increase in my strength, and improved muscle tone overall. I highly recommend Chris as a personal trainer!

If you really want a good workout that really challenges your whole body, Chris is the trainer for you. I was skeptical about personal training. Lifting weights was my primary workout. After giving Chris a chance, he made me realize that lifting weights is just a part of working out. After applying Chris’s new and unique techniques, I am able to use my own body weight and simple weighted exercises to strengthen and see results. Finally two words: it works!!!
